Hey Friends,
Twenty years ago, Julie and I left a thriving church in Southern California and returned home to Northwest Colorado, answering the call to lead a small church of 60 people in Steamboat Springs with a big vision - to reach our community with the good news of Jesus.
From day one, our vision as a church was to reach the unchurched - to be a place where anyone could come and investigate faith. And over the years, we have been incredibly humbled and honored to see thousands of people come through SCC’s doors, searching for answers and finding Jesus. But we’re not done! That’s why we’re launching Oh the Places, a generosity initiative to maximize our personal and collective impact in Steamboat Springs, Northwest Colorado and around the world.
